NAB 2025

Back in 2019, I still vividly remember standing on stage at BSC Expo, presenting for the very first time the early results of our research into AI and color grading.
At that time, we called our neural network Joy. It was incredibly simple by today’s standards—but it was promising. It gave us hope. Hope that one day, AI would help make color grading faster, more intuitive, and more accessible.

If someone had told me then that just six years later we’d be unveiling what we’re about to show at NAB Show 2025, I wouldn’t have believed it. The pace of innovation and discovery has gone far beyond anything I could’ve imagined.

ColourLab has already opened the door to thousands of new creatives who never thought color grading was within reach. It’s saved professionals countless hours of tedious work—and we’re just getting started.

What’s coming next will have an even greater impact than anything we’ve released so far.
