This free plug-in is a game-changer. Our students are filming with Black Magic Cinema cameras in Log color space and editing in Premiere. Freelab helps them instantly bring their shots into Rec 709 for their edits. This is a much better workflow than using some random LUTs they find online. Freelab gives them a solid, neutral starting point without using Lumetri. From that base, students can get creative with their looks, always knowing with Freelab, they can return to a beautiful base grade.
